Insight Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support a global mining organization on a contract. The TA Partner will lead full‑cycle recruitment for the organizations corporate functions focusing on IT. This role combines day‑to‑day execution with strategic recruitment, including candidate screening, interviewing, selection guidance, process coaching for hiring leaders, and developing data‑driven recommendations such as sourcing strategies or sign‑on incentives. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion recruitment efforts, execute community‑based sourcing to strengthen local pipelines, and ensure a smooth recruit‑to‑offer workflow before handoff to the onboarding team.
