We are expanding our Customer Success team and need someone who isn't just fluent in Taiwanese, but who truly understands the nuances of the culture and the Passion for Excellence our brand represents.
The Mission: You'll be the voice of a global shopping platform, helping our Taiwanese-speaking customers navigate their orders, resolve concerns, and experience luxury-level support. This isn't about clearing a queue; it's about representing a world-class brand with responsibility and empathy.
What we are looking for:
- Native-level Taiwanese (Hokkien) fluency is a must, alongside strong English (B2) for our internal multicultural collaboration.
