Job Responsibilities
The role will report to the Chief People Officer and have full responsibility and ownership of the employee onboarding process through to Day‑1 onboarding. The role also includes People Operations with specific areas focusing on RNF registration and management and risk activities including RCSA. The role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to ensure a smooth and customer‑centric approach. Some additional responsibilities include:
Onboarding Administration
- Serve as the focal point of contact for onboarding of new hires whilst managing the overall employee experience
