• Recruitment of early career to senior management positions for Smart Infrastructure division and other businesses within the organization.
• Development and tracking of early career programs (Trainee and Dual Education programs).
• Act as a strategic partner for the business regarding talent pools and attraction strategies.
• Execute the hiring process in accordance with current processes and regulations.
