The Talent Business Partner is responsible for leading Mountain Warehouse's global talent and recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract, hire and retain the right people to support the continued growth of the business. Managing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, the role combines hands‑on recruitment leadership with wider talent initiatives across employer branding, onboarding, internal mobility, succession planning and talent pipelining. The role also owns the ongoing development of our recruitment systems and processes, including Pinpoint ATS and its integration into Dayforce HRIS. A key focus of the role is leading the rollout and development of Dayforce talent modules, helping to shape and improve how the business manages talent, skills, development and colleague progression globally.
