Role Purpose

The Recruitment & Compliance Manager is responsible for leading Kinect’s recruitment function while ensuring robust compliance, governance, and workforce assurance processes are maintained across the organisation. The role exists to provide strong operational leadership across recruitment delivery, staff onboarding, compliance management, and workforce development, while supporting the organisation’s wider growth objectives through effective marketing, reporting, and data‑driven decision making. The Recruitment & Compliance Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, manage and develop the internal recruitment team, and ensure all recruitment and compliance activity is delivered to a high professional standard in line with safeguarding, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
