Talent Acquisition (Contract Based)

Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Employ innovative sourcing techniques to proactively identify potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

2. Candidate Screening and Selection Process: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles collaborate with PPC team. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers, providing insightful feedback and recommendations.

3. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and offering guidance and support to candidates.
