Opportunity Description
Role Purpose: Support an efficient, high-volume, and process-driven talent acquisition vertical within the People function at Quest Alliance by executing targeted sourcing on LinkedIn and Naukri, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and enabling smooth end-to-end hiring operations in alignment with organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities 1. Deliver SLA-Driven Hiring Operations Execute end-to-end recruitment operations against defined hiring SLAs and timelines. Manage candidate workflows through Zoho Recruit ATS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation across all hiring stages. Coordinate interview scheduling, panel alignment, and hiring progression using G Suite tools (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
