Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough screening processes, including behavioural interviews, to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and define job specifications accurately.
- Prepare HR and recruitment related analysis using AI tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
