Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct thorough screening processes, including behavioural interviews, to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and define job specifications accurately.
• Prepare HR and recruitment related analysis using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
