We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter with 23 years of experience in campus hiring and early talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end campus recruitment activities, building relationships with educational institutions, coordinating hiring events, and supporting the organization's talent pipeline initiatives. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute campus recruitment drives across engineering colleges, universities, and educational institutions. Coordinate with placement officers and college representatives to schedule recruitment activities. Source, screen, and assess fresh graduate candidates for various entry-level positions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
