Opportunity Description
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in campus hiring and early talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end campus recruitment activities, building relationships with educational institutions, coordinating hiring events, and supporting the organization's talent pipeline initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives across engineering colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Coordinate with placement officers and college representatives to schedule recruitment activities.
- Source, screen, and assess fresh graduate candidates for various entry-level positions.
