Opportunity Description
Manulife is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager (6 months contract) to join the team to drive recruitment for our Hong Kong businesses. This is a critical role in the team, playing a key responsibility in helping the business maintain its strong business results and achieve its strategic objectives by identifying and hiring strong talent to the firm.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner with lines of business and functional areas to provide strategic recruiting services to ensure that the company’s recruiting programs maximize visibility and result in high quality hires.
Assess candidates using behavioral based interviewing to ensure top quality talent is selected.
Stay current on recruitment trends by maintaining and enhancing a network of contacts in the industry, participating in industry events and professional associations.
