Qualifications
Experience Hire
- Manage the end to end recruitment process by direct sourcing as well as agency management
- Build the pipeline of candidates to fill vacancies and proposal needs.
- Develop interview protocols by accurately track applicants and candidates ensuring compliance and governance internally
- Perform reference verifications and facilitate a smooth transition from the recruitment process to the on-boarding process.
- Act as an business partner to guide and direct the stakeholders on hiring decisions by relevant market data & recruitment strategy
Qualifications
- Experience of managing the recruitment process end-to-end
- Preferably 5 years of experience within the construction industry (Agency/In-house)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
