Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for all positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies based on market supply and demand, utilizing various sourcing channels such as databases, job portals, social media, referrals, and external networks.
- Ensure recruitment and selection processes are conducted properly and in accordance with company procedures.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
- Utilize social media platforms and recruitment tools to advertise vacancies, attract potential candidates, and maintain candidate engagement.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases accurately and timely.
