Opportunity Description
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to offer stage
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define recruitment strategies
- Source and engage candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Fluent in English with a very good command of either French or Dutch
