Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Coordinate, schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment. Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates. Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company and attract talent.
