As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner closely with leaders in our Fuel and Fuel Handling divisions to shape recruitment strategies, enhance candidate experiences, build strong talent pipelines, influence hiring decisions, and contribute to strategic workforce planning in a specialized industry.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Review and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
• Review applications for previous BWXT employment history and perform due diligence regarding eligibility for rehire.
