Talent Acquisition Partner - based in Portugal for German Market (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Portugal to drive internal hiring for ManpowerGroup Germany.

This position can only be based out of Portugal (remote / hybrid within Portugal )

No other location is possible

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, owning the full recruitment lifecycle while shaping hiring strategies and delivering high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact

• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment processes for internal roles across Germany (sales, consultants, corporate functions)
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, leading intake sessions and challenging hiring needs where needed
• Design and execute effective sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
