What you’ll do
We're looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to own hiring across key Business and GTM functions — Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing. You'll partner directly with executives and hiring managers to attract top talent at every level, from individual contributors to Director.
This is a high-impact, hands‑on role for someone who moves fast, thinks creatively, and uses data to make sharp decisions. You'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders — pushing back when the situation calls for it and building sourcing strategies that consistently deliver diverse, high‑caliber talent.
This hybrid role is based in Toronto.
