Position Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at TMX, you will act as a consultative expert driving end-to-end recruitment, with this role having a particular focus on Global Technology Services (GTS). GTS doesn’t just support the business; it builds the digital backbone of our organization. In this role, you will attract, engage, and support the team to hire top talent across our AI, corporate platforms, cyber, infrastructure, and business applications teams. In addition, you will also collaborate with the global HR team on business-wide initiatives, championing innovation as TMX continues to grow and evolve. Reports To
