What you'll do

The Talent Acquisition Partner will own initiatives and practices to proactively and effectively seek, vet, and hire qualified candidates for caregiver positions across the Bassett Healthcare Network (Bassett). The recruiter will complete all phases of recruitment to fill nursing and caregiver vacant positions. Identifying creative recruitment strategies, collaborating with network leaders, staff, and Human Resources (HR) team members, understanding the needs of various units and departments, and enhancing processes to ensure strong candidate experiences are key components to this position. <...
