As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner , you will act as a strategic advisor for various client groups across our offices in Canada. You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from developing proactive attraction strategies to optimizing the candidate experience. You’ll contribute directly to building high-impact teams for BPA’s major projects across the country.

Within our HR team, the Talent division plays a central role in the organization’s growth. You’ll join a committed and dynamic team made up of Myriam Latraverse, Marc-André Lacroix, Juliette Blain, Mylène Barrette and Jonathan Dubé.
