Opportunity Description
Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Partner. The Talent Acquisition Partner will handle the full life cycle of recruiting, from identifying potential candidates to finalizing hires. In addition, the role involves collaborating with hiring managers, building a strong employer brand, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to attract top talent to our community.
Qualifications Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes Strong skills in Communication and collaboration Experience in Employer Branding and promoting organizational culture Knowledge and expertise in Recruiting strategies Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships Familiarity with the technology or QA industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
