Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bulk Hiring)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be custodian of Talent Acquisition Process- the individual shall be responsible for liasoning with operations department and fill the vacant position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage Full recruitment including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding
• Incorporate best recruitment strategies to attract the best talent available for bulk hiring
• Liaison with the University career offices to develop a pool of candidates.
• Teaming up with stakeholders to plan the recruitment
• Liaison with the hiring managers to understand the recruitment requirements.
• Liaison with the regional HRBPs to plan interviews as per the HC requirements.
• Develop hiring reports on weekly basis to share with the management.

Requirements

• Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
• Passionate about Recruitment.
