Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Employment Type: Full-time (Remote) | LATAM – Contractual (Remote)

Years of Experience: At least 6 months of recruiting experience is preferred but not required
Fresh graduates are welcome
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily in-depth assessment/screening of all applicants
- Ensures strong implementation and application of different methods of interviewing during all in-depth interviews.
- Sourcing experience through different job boards LinkedIn recruiter, Zip recruiter, Indeed, Monster etc.
- Conduct initial screening interviews with prospective applicants.
