Job Purpose
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on IT roles. You'll work closely with global stakeholders and local hiring managers to ensure smooth and professional candidate experience and help build a strong local presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate feedback across hiring teams.
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) or alternative candidate Trackers and recruitment documentation.
