What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with SG based consultants to understand clients staffing needs
• Source candidates through various job portals (active and passive sourcing)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain talent pipelines
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Foster candidate relationships and ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
