Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing the talent attraction strategy for all roles across the GBS structure, including both staff and managerial positions.

Identify, attract, and assess talent, drive all aspects of the recruitment process, and act as the primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders.

Core Responsabilities:

• Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire staff roles that support the needs of the business.
• Deliver exceptional candidate and client experience through quality of work and positive, consistent communication.
• Act as first point of contact throughout hiring process for candidates.
• Build a strong pipeline through attraction campaigns and digital outreach programs.
• Act as a Talent Advisor and display a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape and data analytics.
