Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage quality candidates through job portals, professional networks, recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other talent channels.
- Prepare and post compelling job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interview processes with stakeholders.
