Talent Acquisition Specialist

A company in the semiconductor industry specializing in automatic test equipment is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. Location: San Jose, CA. This role is hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week), not remote. Pay: $50- $60 hour. Offers comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision plans, and 401(K). 1 year+ ongoing contract (will renew each year - no estimated end date).

• Be a strategic partner to hiring managers to define needs and design hiring processes to ensure a world-class candidate experience
