Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent through global competitions and academic platforms (e.g., ICPC, IMC, Supercomputing competitions, International Science Olympiads, and leading academic conferences)
- Lead talent attraction and recruitment initiatives across the APAC region (based in Singapore), covering across such as Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and UAE
- Develop and execute campus recruitment and internship hiring strategies, with a strong focus on technical and R&D roles
