Design and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to the specific needs of dentsu. This involves understanding goals, culture, and staffing requirements and business priorities.Utilise various sourcing channels and implement fit for purpose sourcing strategies for roles.Develops and maintains a strong candidate pipeline for core roles, identifying key talent in the market including competitive compensation intel.Manage end to end recruitment cycle: from resume reviews, initial interviews, candidate skills assessment for role and culture fit, up to offer, requirements submission, preparation of assets until onboarding.Partners with HR and leaders in offer management and negotiation.
