Your New Role

As our new Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates for targeted positions as well as proactively building and nurturing a pipeline of skilled and diverse talent across Europe. To succeed in this role, you will ideally have experience recruiting for engineering or environmental consulting roles. Your fluent Swedish, Danish or Norwegian language skills will be essential for supporting our business across Europe.
