KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles across business units
• Source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks
• Administer and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competency frameworks, and candidate profiles
• Conduct structured interviews and manage candidate assessment processes
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles
