Opportunity Description
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IndustrialPsychology, or a related field (required).
- Postgraduate degree or certification in Talent Management, Employment Equity, orrelated areas is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, employment equity, or arelated HR role, with at least 2-3 years in a management or supervisory position.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisitionstrategies.
- Experience in managing employment equity compliance and reporting.
- Training in diversity, equity, and inclusion practices, talent management, andproject management is highly desirable.
