Talent Aquistion Executive

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes while driving strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance. This role involves process automation, data‑driven reporting, and the seamless integration of Emiratization efforts. Additionally, the role oversees the onboarding of hosted employees, ensures adherence to CRISP audit requirements, and manages the approval process for recruitment approval forms. A continuous improvement mindset is applied to refine and enhance recruitment and onboarding effectiveness. The role also involves strong stakeholder management with hosted employees to ensure their seamless integration and support.
