Talent Development & Training Coordinator

Hilton is seeking a Training/HR Coordinator in Dubai to support learning and development initiatives. In this role, you will foster a positive work environment, induct and mentor new Team Members, and monitor training programs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, people management skills, and preferably a degree in Training or Human Resources. This position plays a critical role in developing the hotel's team and culture.
