About Our Client

Our client, a rapidly scaling IT Services organisation with a global workforce of 3000+ employees, is seeking a highly strategic UK, EU & Ireland Talent Lead. This is a pivotal leadership role that combines Talent Acquisition and Resource Management, driving the full talent lifecycle across global delivery hubs.

Based in Chennai, you will lead the end-to-end talent charter for the UK, EU and Ireland regions, covering SAP and non-SAP mandates-from niche technical hiring to volume, mid-level, and leadership hiring. In addition, you will manage workforce allocation, utilization, and deployment across India, the Philippines, the UK, Ireland, Germany, and broader EU markets.
