The Talent & Learning Partner is a hands-on driver of execution, responsible for bringing leadership, tech, and early career development strategies to life. This role goes beyond design—it ensures flawless deployment and measurable impact of programs that build future-ready leaders and technical talent. Working as part of the global talent community, this individual will translate global frameworks into actionable local initiatives, ensuring consistency, scalability, while ensuring teams creating solutions clearly understand the needs of the Hyderabad GDC . This role reports to the SVP of Talent Management for Global Functions and Centers, with dual reporting and shared accountability to the Hyderabad GDC HR Head.
