Opportunity Description
Talent Management
- Support Senior Manager, Talent Management and Group Head of Talent in overall Talent Management initiatives as directed;
- Act as Talent Partner to delegated business units and work closely with extended leadership team and Talent Heads and HRBPs to drive the Talent Agenda forward in line with the new talent strategy;
- Responsibility for validation of High Potential nominations, working closely with the Organisational Capability Team to ensure relevant testing or development/assessment centres take place and results analysed.
- Responsible for managing the TM program curriculum - working with external vendors and L&D Programme Manager/E Learning and Logistics Team to design, launch and evaluate programmes - including but not exclusively on career development planning, development/assessment centres, winning the war for talent manager awareness programme, mentoring and Shahab (visibility a...
