The Talent Manager’s role is responsible for managing the ILM artists within their designated department(s). In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between studio production needs and artist development, driving crewing and capacity planning while also focusing on the career growth of our artistic teams.
What You’ll Do:
Manages a portfolio of artists including day to day operational support.
Manage artist crewing and scheduling for specific departments.
Partners with the relevant Head of Department (Hod) for casting, artist career development, performance reviews and other departmental initiatives.
