The Role
We’re scaling the team fast. We need someone who can build talent pipelines and effectively fill key positions.
You’ll be our first dedicated Talent role, owning end-to-end recruitment across tech, commercial, operations, and clinical roles. You’ll work directly with the CEO and department heads to shape hiring strategy.
This isn’t “post jobs and wait.” You’ll be headhunting roles ranging from engineering, data, product, sales, marketing, customer success, and operations.
