We are seeking a Talent Sourcer based in the Philippines to join our growing local Philippines team. This role is critical to fuelling our pipeline of high-quality candidates for both permanent and contract roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to understand client requirements, job specifications, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing candidates through: LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiterflow, and other job boards.
• Boolean searches, social media platforms, niche forums, and networking.
