As Larian continues to grow, we are looking for a Talent Sourcer in Quebec City to join our Recruitment team.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for the Quebec City studio and across Larian Studios’ global locations using advanced search techniques, including Boolean, X-ray, and social platform sourcing
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across multiple regions
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to deliver high-quality candidates and provide market talent insights to support hiring decisions
• Promote employer branding through social media, community engagement, university partners...
