Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is designed for a proactive researcher and connector who thrives on finding hidden gems and building diverse talent pipelines. You will be the engine of our recruitment process, allowing our team to scale by ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates.

• Experience: 1–3 years of dedicated sourcing or recruitment experience, specifically focused on top‑of‑funnel activities (finding and engaging talent).
• Industry Focus: Previous experience sourcing within Fintech, PSP (Payment Service Providers), SaaS, or iGaming is highly desirable. Familiarity with these fast‑paced, competitive landscapes is a major plus.
