Role Summary:

+ The Talent Workforce Planning Lead is responsible for the end-to-end management of Early-in-Career talent pipelines, including Co-op and Graduate programs, while also leading workforce planning, headcount governance, and data-driven reporting.
+ In addition, the role owns and supports key organizational talent management processes, including succession planning, annual talent review and calibration cycles, and development planning across all levels.
+ The role ensures alignment between current and future talent needs and business demand through robust analytics, strategic workforce insights, and strong partnership with HR and business leadership.
