Job Specification:
Sourcing skill specific candidates as per client requirements
Client and Candidate relationship management
Achieving monthly and quarterly placement targets
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing advertisements in a wide range of media sources
Identifying suitable candidates via company database and online platforms 
Receiving and reviewing applications, conducting interviews with short listed candidates
