In this role within the Client Business Support team, you will handle client business needs regarding mutual fund products, represent the Mutual Fund Team, and collaborate closely with various departments. Your proactive approach will facilitate the timely processing of financial transactions while ensuring a client-centered focus in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate transactions and account setups from client inquiries • Reconcile daily processing tasks accurately • Maintain Investments queues and follow up on requests • Train and mentor team members to improve operational efficiency • Conduct testing on new systems and processes
