Responsibilities:
Support the Specialist team to ensure uncomplicated voyages.Liaise with brokers / counterparties / owners / charterers with regards to operational matters on ships and / or cargo.Anticipating problems and finding solutions to optimise performance.Checking and monitoring Freight/Hire/Comm invoices and payments, liaising with Accounts.Time bar monitoring.Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.Experience:
3 years’ minimum experience as a Tanker OperatorExperienced and confident within Tanker Operations, preferably with exposure to Chemicals, Fuels and other wet cargoes.Superb problem-solving skills and find enjoyment in finding solutionsA passion for the shipping markets/a good understanding of the ship brokerage world and how it functionsFluency in English (written and verbal) with a personable and professional ...
