This role involves a variety of tax responsibilities, including preparation and review of tax filings, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations, and contributing to the organization through special projects. Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for partnerships, LLCs, S corporations, and individual taxpayers.
+ Maintain organized and detailed tax workpapers and digital tax return files.
+ Reconcile partner capital accounts and oversee preferred return schedules.
+ Perform complex account reconciliations and process journal entries for tax-related functions.
